The location of this quaint and cozy house is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from fans to hairdryers, and even a coffee machine. The house is spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Guests are also provided with plenty of entertainment options, including games, DVDs, and even a table tennis and BBQ. The owners are friendly and helpful, providing great service.
The water in the house tends to go cold quickly, especially after several people have showered, resulting in some guests having to wait.

We enjoyed our stay at the Berkeley Coach House. The location was stunning, with a beautiful terraced garden that offered scenic views. The house itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms on the first floor were beautifully presented and provided a cozy atmosphere.
While the house was generally great, there were a couple of minor issues. The beds were too soft for our liking, causing some discomfort for our backs.

I recently stayed at the Berkeley Coach House for a weekend getaway. The open plan layout of the ground floor with its high ceilings and cozy log burner was just perfect. The well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave that had us all baffled, made cooking a breeze. Upstairs, the large bedrooms with their comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms were pure luxury. We also enjoyed a lovely walk down the Riverside path to the nearby Inn at Freshford, which served delicious food and drinks. And a special mention to the hotel for providing a large selection of umbrellas, which came in very handy.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Berkeley Coach House was excellent, with a cosy and warm room that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, within a short drive of all the places we wanted to visit, and the staff were friendly and available to help if needed.
The only thing that could improve the morning meal would be to provide some long life milk pots for a quick cup of tea before heading out.

The house was in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the high ceilings and open-plan layout of the ground floor, along with the cozy log burner and comfy sofas. The kitchen was also well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, we appreciated the large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good ensuite bathrooms.
There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with. there were lots of stairs, which could be difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues.
