The house is spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Guests are also provided with plenty of entertainment options, including games, DVDs, and even a table tennis and BBQ. The owners are friendly and helpful, providing great service.

The water in the house tends to go cold quickly, especially after several people have showered, resulting in some guests having to wait.

Our toddler had a blast with all the toys provided, and we had the best night's sleep on the incredibly comfortable bed. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

I recently stayed at the Berkeley Coach House for a weekend getaway. The open plan layout of the ground floor with its high ceilings and cozy log burner was just perfect. The well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave that had us all baffled, made cooking a breeze. Upstairs, the large bedrooms with their comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms were pure luxury. We also enjoyed a lovely walk down the Riverside path to the nearby Inn at Freshford, which served delicious food and drinks. And a special mention to the hotel for providing a large selection of umbrellas, which came in very handy.
